What you will do

• Define and drive strategic vision aligning with long-term business goals.
• Translate business needs into product initiatives, balancing technical debt and innovation.
• Evangelize domain internally to C-suite/Sales and externally to customers/developer community.
• Lead MVP demonstrations and ensure Go-To-Market readiness with Marketing/Sales.
• Orchestrate cross-domain initiatives, removing high-level friction.
• Monitor and optimize domain health via ARR and product adoption metrics.
• Lead AI transformation in product lifecycle and customer experience.

Requirements

• 10+ years Product Management experience, 6+ years leading managers in fast-paced technical environments.
• Track record of B2B impact with revenue growth or engagement.
• Deep understanding of platform infrastructure, APIs, CLI tools.
• Exceptional communication to influence C-level and technical teams.
• Proven recruiting, mentoring, retaining multi-disciplinary teams.
• Comfort in 30%+ YoY growth environments.
• Hands-on AI experience and vision for product transformation.
