Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 Annually

What you will do

• Support and validate developer deployments in production and test environments.
• Monitor multiple applications and systems to ensure files process correctly.
• Assist with ServiceNOW tickets and collaborate with other admins on issue remediation.
• Maintain networks, hardware, software, and implement security measures.
• Document standard operating procedures and write scripts for automation.
• Perform shift work including nights and on-call support for 24x7 operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree + 5-8 years system administration experience (or equivalent)
• Security+ certification; active Top Secret clearance; US Citizenship
• 3+ years experience with Windows Server/Desktop, Linux OS, and Oracle SQL in production.
• 1+ year with ServiceNOW ticketing system.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office expertise; ability to work with minimal oversight.
• Willingness to work nights, third-shift, and onsite as needed
