Senior Event & Market Manager

What you will do

• Organize physical, hybrid, and digital events including conferences, workshops, and webinars at global, national, and regional levels
• Manage marketing activities for specific markets and serve as first point of entry for regions
• Support business units in event planning and execution, including conception of new platforms and formats
• Coordinate temporary staff, external partners, service providers, and event technology platforms
• Handle budget management and negotiations with organizers, agencies, suppliers, and partners
• Ensure smooth communication across all involved areas and contribute to customer care and retention

Requirements

• At least 5 years of marketing/event experience with track record in managing full event value chain
• Proven experience organizing events on a global scale
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Strong communication skills in German and English (C2 level)
• Experience with digital solutions, technical marketing tools (e.g., Aventri), Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office
• Team player with integrity, result-oriented mindset, problem-solving abilities, and hands-on mentality
