What you will do

• Coordinate and contribute to BAU activities, including continuous improvements, release analyses, and impact assessments in partnership with the BAU Lead.
• Take ownership of selected L3 (complex) tickets when required.
• Manage small projects, non-standard requests, and feature analyses.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner throughout the product life cycle.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of proven expertise on the CSOD LMS module
• Certifications on CSOD LMS and/or Core modules are a plus
• English mandatory
• Location: Hybrid in Lisbon, Portugal
