What you will do

• Understand Service Excellence processes and systems to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and gaps.
• Use data-driven insights to diagnose issues and develop structured, practical solutions that enhance efficiency and completeness.
• Document and communicate findings and recommendations to support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to strategic decision-making.
• Manage stakeholders to ensure accountability and follow-through on key actions.
• Monitor developed solutions, building frameworks and reporting mechanisms that enable the business to operate with clarity and speed.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in operations, analytics, or a related field, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Fast learner, able to quickly understand processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Comfortable working with data to uncover insights and develop recommendations, with knowledge of BI tools and SQL querying.
• Structured, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
• Collaborative, resourceful, and confident in challenging assumptions constructively.
