• Assist in maintaining and improving revenue systems and operational tools
• Support data quality initiatives across go-to-market platforms
• Document system workflows and best practices
• Troubleshoot operational issues and contribute to system improvements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and streamline operational workflows

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
• Interest in CRM systems, business operations tools, and data workflows
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Basic understanding of data structures or operational systems is a plus
