What you will do

• Define and implement influencer marketing vision, strategy, and goals.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the influencer marketing team.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging platforms to innovate campaigns.
• Collaborate with strategy, data, creative, and media teams for integrated solutions.
• Manage budgets, contracts, and influencer negotiations.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.

Requirements

• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in influencer marketing (agency or brand-side).
• Proven team management and leadership experience.
• Track record of successful influencer strategies for major brands.
• Strong commercial acumen, budget management, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and industry relationships.
