What you will do

• Design manufacturing processes, procedures, production layouts, and equipment arrangements for efficient assembly and material handling.
• Develop and validate processes incorporating statistical process control (SPC) and inspection requirements.
• Lead qualification activities, collaborate with Quality, Supply Chain, R&D, and suppliers on process improvements.
• Inspect machinery performance, investigate deficiencies, and initiate corrective actions for product quality.
• Adapt equipment designs to production conditions and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide guidance on design concepts to optimize manufacturing techniques.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline with minimum 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing engineering or process qualification in regulated environment.
• Strong understanding of process validation, verification, qualification methodologies, SPC, and statistical methods.
• Hands-on experience in manufacturing process development and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and solve problems data-driven way.
• Effective communication and influence skills for stakeholder management.
