What you will do

• Develop, design, test, and deploy AEM Assets and Sites, integrating Adobe Marketing Cloud tools.
• Share innovative concepts and strategies impacting project development.
• Provide expertise in AEM, Adobe Target, and Analytics; ensure web best practices including UX, SEO, A/B testing, and performance.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and maintain code; mentor peers through code reviews and guidance.
• Influence decisions based on digital marketing trends like personalization and mobile.
• Apply AI-first mentality to iterate on proof-of-concepts and validate business value.

Requirements

• BS/MS in Computer Science/IT or equivalent with 8-10 years progressive AEM experience.
• Strong experience with AEM building blocks: templates, components, dialogs, widgets, bundles.
• Experience migrating AEM Sites/Assets to AEM as a Cloud Service, using Content Transfer Tool.
• Knowledge of AEMaaCS complexities, Java/J2EE, JSP, Sling, OSGI, JCR, Experience/Content fragments, SPA.
• Proficiency in front-end: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ReactJS; tools like Jenkins, Maven, SonarQube, Jira, GitHub.
• Agile/scrum practices, technical documentation, communication skills; flexibility with global onsite/offshore teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with Jira/Asana, Algolia Search, Adobe Certified Expert (AEM Developer/Architect).
• Web dev with React, NextJS, NodeJS; ability to prioritize multiple demands.
