TL;DR

ERP Consultant (AI ERP): Leading end-to-end implementations of Native-AI-powered ERP automation products with an accent on process reimagination, system integration, and customer success. Location: Remotely based in Germany or Austria following minimum one-month onboarding at HQ in Zurich; highly encouraged (and paid) monthly visits to Zurich; onsite options in Cologne or Munich.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end implementation journey from client requirements to delivery, satisfaction, and improvement.
• Design scalable, tailored solutions aligning with customer workflows and business goals.
• Collaborate with engineering to solve technical challenges and integrate with existing systems.
• Serve as trusted client partner, anticipating needs and maximizing automation potential.
• Work with sales on implementation plans to drive product adoption.
• Feed customer feedback into product improvements.

Requirements

• Fluent in German and English with excellent communication for native-speaking clients.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• 2+ years in consulting, technical implementation, process automation, or project management.
• Excellent project management skills for multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills to translate business needs into technical actions.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP environments or AI-driven SaaS.
• Hands-on with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
