Location: Remote from Germany or Austria following one-month onboarding in Zurich; monthly visits to Zurich highly encouraged and financially supported.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end implementation from client requirements to delivery, satisfaction, and improvement.
• Design scalable solutions aligning with customer workflows and goals.
• Collaborate with engineering to solve technical challenges and integrate with existing systems.
• Act as trusted client partner, anticipating needs and maximizing automation potential.
• Work with sales on implementation plans to drive product adoption.
• Feed customer feedback into product improvements.

Requirements

• Fluent in German and English with excellent communication for native-speaking clients.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• 2+ years in consulting, technical implementation, process automation, or project management.
• Excellent project management skills for multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills to translate business needs into technical actions.
• Ownership, managing ambiguity, growth mindset, problem-solving, customer-first mentality.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP environments or AI-driven SaaS.
• Hands-on with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
