Location: Lisburn - Working across our Halifax branches within a reasonable distance.

Salary: £26,200, increasing to £26,950 after 6 months

What you will do

• Provide face-to-face support in branches for everyday banking and important customer moments like bereavement, fraud, or vulnerability.
• Offer reassurance, guidance, and practical help to build customer confidence.
• Promote and support digital services, helping customers use online and mobile banking independently.
• Recognize opportunities to connect customers with suitable products and services.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet customer needs and deliver on promises.

Requirements

• Minimum of 12 months customer service experience.
• Honest, genuine, and caring approach to helping people with finances.
• Ability to quickly build relationships for fantastic customer experiences.
• Empathy, integrity, and commitment to resolving queries thoroughly.
• Team player focused on going above and beyond for customers.

Nice to have

• Previous financial services experience (not required, training provided).
