Salary: €43,400 - €68,200 a year (includes base, variable and equity)

What you will do

• Structure, monitor, and analyze competitive landscape including incumbents, AI startups, and macroeconomic shifts across Sword's segments and geographies.
• Conduct deep-dives into financial data and market trends to produce comprehensive memos for business units.
• Synthesize market data into actionable recommendations and high-level briefs for executive leadership.
• Build and maintain strategic assets like battlecards, competitor profiles, and dashboards for Sales, Product, and leadership alignment.
• Leverage AI and automation to streamline market intelligence collection and distribution.

Requirements

• 4+ years in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, venture capital, investment banking, or business development.
• Deep interest in market research and ability to translate competitive data into business priorities.
• Excellent analytical and synthesis skills for drafting strategic memos for diverse audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with high ownership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
• AI fluency at least Level 1 (uses AI daily for productivity).
