What you will do

• Operate day-to-day C&B activities (60% run, 40% projects) with ownership across global programs.
• Partner with DRH, Remuneration Committee and local HR teams to ensure competitive, equitable and compliant compensation.
• Manage full C&B spectrum: base salary, variable pay, equity (AGA/BSPCE/O-shares/M-shares), savings plans (PEE/PERCO, intéressement) and benefits.
• Prepare for EU Pay Transparency Directive (effective 2027).
• Report directly to Head of Talent, Culture & Performance as C&B expert.

Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on experience in Compensation & Benefits.
• Expertise in global C&B programs across multiple countries (France, Brazil, Poland, Ukraine, Spain and beyond).
• Strong analytical skills for rigorous analysis and operational delivery.
• Knowledge of equity programs, variable compensation, savings plans and benefits compliance.
