Data Center Technician - Future Opportunities

What you will do

• Install, configure, and test new data center infrastructure including servers, networking, and storage.
• Perform maintenance and upgrades to ensure high reliability and performance.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions.
• Coordinate with local and remote teams for smooth operations and project completion.
• Maintain records of installations, maintenance, and repairs per company standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and best practices during on-site activities.
• Provide on-site technical support during critical incidents as part of on-call rotation.

Requirements

• 2+ years in data center operations with hardware installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of data center infrastructure: networking, servers, storage systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills for independent work in fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration as part of national operations team.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Authorization to work in the United States required.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco).
• Experience with GPUs.
• Experience with liquid cooling.
