What you will do

• Lead platform deployments onsite and remotely, validating network architecture and planning sensor placement.
• Troubleshoot platform, networking, and integration issues; perform upgrades, patching, and configuration changes.
• Escalate highly complex issues and collaborate with Intelligence, Services, Engineering, and Customer Experience teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by refining deployment methodologies and operational best practices.
• Maintain clear, accurate technical documentation for customers and internal teams.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in industrial engineering (e.g., controls engineer), IT, networking, or cybersecurity.
• Working knowledge of ICS/OT environments and industrial protocols.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (IP networking, OSI model, Purdue model).
• Strong Linux command-line experience; familiarity with scripting (Python or Shell).
• Experience supporting on-premise and/or cloud-based enterprise solutions.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%; German language proficiency preferred.
