What you will do

• Lead high-impact penetration testing, purple team, and vulnerability assessment engagements as the primary technical lead.
• Design and execute advanced offensive campaigns to uncover complex attack paths across IT/OT boundaries.
• Align deep technical execution with customer business objectives to deliver risk-focused security value.
• Define organization-wide penetration testing methodologies, assessment frameworks, and adversary emulation approaches.
• Translate field findings into strategic inputs for R&D to influence tooling, detection content, and analytics.
• Mentor cross-functional teams and represent the organization through executive engagements and industry thought leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on cybersecurity experience in vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, or red teaming.
• Deep expertise in white-, gray-, and black-box penetration testing methodologies and adversary TTPs.
• Proficiency with tools such as Metasploit, NMAP, Kali Linux, Cobalt Strike, and Burp Suite Pro.
• Strong knowledge of networking components (routers, switches, firewalls) and operating systems (Windows, Linux).
• Strong communication and reporting skills for presenting technical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Must be based in the United States and willing to travel up to 30% for customer engagements.
