What you will do

• Lead customer-facing professional services engagements centered on industrial penetration testing and vulnerability assessments.
• Design and execute advanced offensive campaigns to uncover complex attack paths across IT/OT boundaries.
• Define the technical standard for OT penetration testing by developing methodologies and assessment frameworks.
• Translate field insights into strategic inputs for R&D to influence tooling, detection content, and analytics.
• Mentor cross-functional teams and represent the company through executive engagements and industry thought leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on cybersecurity experience specifically focused on OT/ICS environments.
• Deep expertise in OT penetration testing methodologies across white-, gray-, and black-box scenarios.
• Proficiency with tools such as Metasploit, NMAP, Kali Linux, Cobalt Strike, and Burp Suite Pro.
• Advanced networking and threat analysis expertise, including industrial protocols and adversary TTPs.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% for customer engagements.
