What you will do

• Drive test operation KPIs across quality, cost, and delivery to optimize supply chain.
• Qualify new test hardware and facilities at subcontractor factories.
• Collaborate with business line engineering, test designers, and OSAT on yield improvement and cost reduction projects.
• Perform ATE test program debugging (Advantest, Teradyne) and test data analysis.
• Provide technical expertise and support for all test-related issues and procedures at OSAT.
• Participate in the setup and review of new manufacturing processes and systems.

Requirements

• University Degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Semiconductor Product and Test Engineering.
• Knowledge of Digital, Analog, RF Cellular, Bluetooth, and WiFi Testing.
• Hands-on experience with ATE testers, handlers, or probers.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively within multi-cultural and cross-functional teams.
