TL;DR
Senior Product Manager (Search and Discovery): Lead efforts around Search Quality and Query Interpretation, owning intelligence for user queries and models for result retrieval with an accent on metrics-driven improvements in recall, precision, and user value. Focus on building evaluation frameworks, debugging complex systems, and benchmarking against competitors.
Location: Fully remote - choose where you live (open to Armenia, Croatia, Portugal, Spain).
Salary: $7,500—$10,000 / month net

What you will do
- Own strategy and roadmap for query interpretation and response.
- Drive search quality models optimizing recall and precision.
- Define tools and metrics for measuring and explaining result quality.
- Collaborate with ML, infrastructure, and product teams.
- Investigate search issues and design long-term solutions.
- Benchmark quality against competitors for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- English: C1/C2 (Advanced/Fluent) required
- Experience as PM in search, ML, or NLP products
- Deep understanding of search pipeline (tokenization to ranking)
- Expertise in spelling correction, synonyms, LLMs, search evaluation
- Familiarity with production ML models (real-time vs batch tradeoffs)
- Strong sense for quality measurement; technical fluency with eng/DS/MLOps
