What you will do

• Shape the long-term vision for new products and define their market differentiation in VR.
• Lead the product discovery process to validate product-market fit.
• Develop a strong value proposition for new products across different customer segments.
• Own and manage a cross-platform product roadmap.
• Work closely with engineering teams on problem definition, solution design, delivery, and iteration.
• Identify and validate new opportunities to extend product impact.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2C products (RecSys, Apps).
• Proven track record of managing and delivering complex technical products.
• Exceptional communication skills for engaging with CxO-level stakeholders.
• Track record of customer-centric thinking and translating user problems into product opportunities.
• Ability to work through both discovery and delivery phases of product development.
• Leadership qualities to inspire and guide multiple development teams.
• Fluency in English, Russian.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of hands-on engineering experience (Backend, ML, DevOps Engineer or related).
• Experience working with streaming platforms.
• Advanced skills in SQL.
• Experience working in a start-up environment.
