What you will do
- Shape the long-term vision for new products and define their market differentiation in VR.
- Lead the product discovery process to validate product-market fit.
- Develop a strong value proposition for new products across different customer segments.
- Own and manage a cross-platform product roadmap.
- Work closely with engineering teams on problem definition, solution design, delivery, and iteration.
- Identify and validate new opportunities to extend product impact.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2C products (RecSys, Apps).
- Proven track record of managing and delivering complex technical products.
- Exceptional communication skills for engaging with CxO-level stakeholders.
- Track record of customer-centric thinking and translating user problems into product opportunities.
- Ability to work through both discovery and delivery phases of product development.
- Leadership qualities to inspire and guide multiple development teams.
- Fluency in English, Russian.
Nice to have
- 2+ years of hands-on engineering experience (Backend, ML, DevOps Engineer or related).
- Experience working with streaming platforms.
- Advanced skills in SQL.
- Experience working in a start-up environment.
