What you will do

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI products within TeleSales.
• Design and launch conversational AI bots for lead qualification and outreach.
• Define and monitor key funnel metrics including conversion rates and lead quality.
• Conduct A/B tests and experiments to improve AI performance in production.
• Translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements for engineering teams.
• Perform data analysis using SQL to build dashboards and extract actionable insights.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with AI-driven products.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML fundamentals and practical application.
• Experience with sales funnels or telesales processes.
• Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experimentation skills.
• Ability to translate business goals into technical product specifications.

Nice to have

• Experience with conversational AI platforms or LLMs.
• Background in fintech or high-scale B2C products.
• Experience in growth funnels or performance marketing.
