What you will do

• Lead design of CI/CD strategies and infrastructure automation
• Optimize reliability, performance, and security across services
• Handle major incident response and root cause analysis
• Drive cost optimization and capacity planning
• Mentor junior and mid-level DevOps engineers and champion best practices

Requirements

• 5–7 years experience in DevOps/SRE/Systems Engineering
• Strong automation and scripting skills (Bash, Python, Go)
• Deep expertise in at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Advanced Kubernetes knowledge (multi-cluster, scaling, upgrades)
• Track record designing resilient, scalable, secure systems
• In-depth knowledge of observability/monitoring and incident management
• Proficiency in security hardening and compliance (IAM, encryption, SOC2, PCI, HIPAA)
• Clear, concise communication in English (B2/C1 level) in distributed teams

Nice to have

• GitOps (Argo CD or Flux)
• Service Mesh (Istio/Linkerd)
• Event streaming (Kafka)
• Secrets management (Vault, AWS KMS/Azure Key Vault)
• FinOps practices and cost observability
