What you will do

• Oversee daily general ledger accounting and prepare accurate monthly/quarterly financial statements (HGB)
• Prepare and submit IFRS reporting packages to headquarters in Korea
• Manage external audits with EY and handle inquiries from auditors/tax authorities
• Lead tax filings (VAT, Corporate Tax, Trade Tax, Withholding Tax) with external advisors
• Act as internal tax advisor for projects across Germany, Europe, and non-EU markets
• Review project contracts and support cross-border structures from VAT/Transfer Pricing perspective

Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in Accounting & Tax within Germany (mandatory)
• Degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance, or related field preferred
• Strong knowledge of HGB (mandatory); IFRS knowledge a plus
• Hands-on experience in VAT and Transfer Pricing in cross-border environments
• Fluent in German and English (mandatory); Korean a plus
• Strong analytical and structured thinking; effective communication with stakeholders
