Location: Hybrid (8 days/month) in Ludwigsburg, Germany

What you will do

• Build collaborative relationships with senior stakeholders across engineering, product, and business.
• Drive execution of in-market products aligned with the strategic roadmap of TAA Europe Region North.
• Support transformation initiatives, including DevSecOps and GenAI programs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the VP Product Software Engineering, providing status updates.
• Define and improve project management processes and best practices.
• Lead process improvement and organizational optimization initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of experience in program or project management, or consulting, within an international environment.
• Background in technical or software development environments.
• Strong structured thinking, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and German.
• Strong working knowledge of modern AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and Claude.
