Customer Support Everyday Banking (Banking): Support customers with everyday banking needs via inbound calls, guiding them through the banking app, answering day-to-day questions, and resolving complex enquiries. Location: Chester Cawley House (hybrid working available after six-week onsite training and essential checks). Shift pattern: 5-day week, start 8am-10am, end 4pm-6pm, maximum five out of seven days, including up to 37.5% weekend working (three weekend days over four weeks). No planned holidays or commitments during first two months after start date (08/06/26).
Salary: £26,200 increasing to £26,950 after 6 months, up to £31,450 at highest skill level

- Answer day-to-day questions and help resolve more complex needs.
- Participate in a six-week onsite training programme to build foundation in systems and products.
- Progress through Skill Progression Framework, handling more complex enquiries and wider responsibilities.

Requirements
- Comfortable with shift pattern including limited weekend working.
- Available for six-week onsite training with no holidays in first two months.
- Strong customer service skills and desire to learn.
- Passion for helping people and delivering great service.
- Openness to learning new skills within structured development framework.
