What you will do

• Assess, POC, and decide on BI tooling stack, including migration from Tableau/Metabase to Omni.
• Build and ship innovative data exposure methods combining dashboards with AI assistants and bots.
• Improve Marketing Performance and Growth reporting for leadership alignment.
• Enable stakeholder self-serve exploration to reduce analytics backlog.
• Act as technical relay and project manager, aligning stakeholders and driving adoption across Data team.

Requirements

• Hybrid work in Paris, Berlin, Barcelona, or Milan required.
• Data & BI architecture mastery: fundamentals in analytics, root-cause analysis, dashboarding, semantic layers.
• Applied AI fluency: experience building and shipping AI-enabled solutions for stakeholders.
