Location: Hybrid in Paris, France. The hybrid approach is centered on two core in-office collaboration days to drive team synergy, plus one additional office day of your choosing to support personal balance.

What you will do

• Re-organize and clean up the current data stack, ensuring it aligns with product needs and business reporting requirements.
• Create and manage reporting systems and data pipelines, ensuring data is available to clients and business users in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with product teams, business leaders, and key stakeholders to identify reporting requirements and deliver actionable, data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making.
• Focus on data modeling, ETL processes, and ensuring high-quality data for reporting.
• Provide operational support and help business teams by troubleshooting and improving data workflows.
• Ensure that the systems are designed and built with sustainability in mind, focusing on maintaining quality and process improvement.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience as a Data Engineer or similar role, with an understanding of SQL, DBT, and data cataloging.
• Experience in building and managing ETL pipelines, working with SQL and Python.
• Understanding of data modeling and reporting processes, with a focus on supporting business needs.
• A practical, operational mindset—comfortable with managing interactions and supporting business teams.
• Good communication skills, especially in working with business owners and product teams.
• A desire to be hands-on and operational, with a willingness to learn and grow, ensuring that data is accessible, useful, and aligned with business requirements.
