Senior Product Manager (Marketplace Balancing): Lead the development and execution of product vision, strategy, and roadmap for balancing needs in a delivery marketplace with an accent on supporting customers, couriers, and restaurants. Location: Tallinn, Estonia (hybrid model with at least 12 in-office days per month)

What you will do
- Define product strategy and roadmap aligned with domain objectives and user needs.
- Design and run experiments with analytics to inform decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive development from concept to launch.
- Prioritize features based on customer needs and data insights.
- Define, track, and use key metrics to evaluate performance and iterate.
- Lead delivery of initiatives and act as main point of contact for stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience as Senior Product Manager or similar, ideally in fast-paced tech.
- Experience in Operations/Strategy in marketplaces or on marketplace balancing/pricing products.
- Track record of launching and scaling products with business impact.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for data-driven decisions.
- Solid understanding of product development practices in cross-functional environments.
- Clear communication and collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
