What you will do

• Develop and implement growth strategies to expand user base and engagement.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams on initiatives.
• Create, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Conduct user research, gather feedback, and support A/B testing.
• Prepare presentations and reports on growth experiments and results.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel and Google Analytics.
• Basic understanding of product development lifecycle.
• Fluent English verbal communication skills.
