What you will do

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, monitoring KPIs daily.
  • Conduct A/B tests on creatives, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies.
  • Collaborate with content/design teams for high-performing ads and landing pages.
  • Troubleshoot ad delivery, tracking, and performance issues in real time.
  • Manage budgets, build reports with insights, and coordinate with vendors/partners.
  • Stay updated on platform changes and manage conversion tracking with UTM, pixels, GTM.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in digital advertising or performance marketing.
  • Hands-on expertise in Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Reporting, conversion tracking.
  • Strong knowledge of ad formats, bidding, targeting, retargeting, audience segmentation.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ability to manage multiple campaigns.

Nice to have

  • Experience in high-growth startup or digital-first company.
  • Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, affiliate networks.
  • Exposure to marketing automation/CRM like HubSpot, Braze.
  • Familiarity with Looker Studio, Tableau, or BI dashboards.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint.
