What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end execution of self-serve and managed service advertising campaigns.
  • Ensure accurate campaign setup, tracker implementation, and adherence to brand safety standards.
  • Monitor campaign pacing and performance to implement optimizations and meet client KPIs.
  • Analyze performance data to provide actionable insights and support upsell opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including sales, insights, and creative to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
  • Prepare performance reports and case studies to demonstrate campaign impact to key clients.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a digital media agency, DSP, or AdTech environment.
  • Understanding of industry trends including programmatic buying, header bidding, and OpenRTB.
  • Proven ability to balance long-term planning with daily operational delivery.
  • Experience with ad servers, verification platforms, DSPs, or Salesforce.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with a solutions-first mindset.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across cross-functional teams.
