What you will do

• Identify and recruit affiliates and KOLs across SEA markets to build a regional network from scratch.
• Conduct daily outbound outreach via Instagram, Telegram, X, LinkedIn, email, and community forums.
• Communicate partnership terms and manage the onboarding process for new affiliates.
• Coordinate promotional launches and ensure partners adhere to brand guidelines and compliance.
• Maintain long-term relationships with partners to scale the affiliate network.
• Collaborate with internal Marketing, Product, Design, and Compliance teams.

Requirements

• Experience in affiliate marketing, KOL/influencer marketing, or business development.
• Strong proficiency in manual search and outbound outreach.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and spoken) is required.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience or a strong interest in crypto, trading, and fintech.

Nice to have

• Existing network of SEA affiliates or KOLs.
• Experience working with CPA, revenue share, or hybrid affiliate models.
• Familiarity with affiliate platforms and tracking tools.
• Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesian, Bahasa Malaysia, Thai, or Vietnamese.
