What you will do

• Build agent infrastructure for AI agents to discover, communicate, and coordinate across teams
• Evolve autonomous coding pipelines with deterministic multi-agent execution, cost control, and human review
• Encode engineering standards as executable AI behaviors in developer workflows
• Transform delivery pipelines by automating or replacing manual gates with agents
• Own AI infrastructure including model routing, LLM proxy, cost attribution, evaluation, and observability
• Set technical direction, stay hands-on with code, evaluate new models, and mentor engineers

Requirements

• 8+ years of engineering experience with significant recent work in LLM and agent systems
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) and agent frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex)
• Direct experience designing and building agentic workflows or multi-agent systems
• Mastery of backend development, distributed systems, and Python
• Strong LLMOps skills: CI/CD for AI, observability, cost control
• Experience deploying AI coding agents or developer tools to teams
• Ability to influence technical direction and build consensus

Nice to have

• Experience in digital assets, blockchain, or financial services
• Experience fine-tuning and deploying open-source LLMs
• Experience with data privacy and security compliance
