Staff Product Owner (SAP): Leading the strategic evolution of the SAP landscape and driving the transformation of core business processes into a scalable framework with an accent on S/4HANA, integrated processes, and long-term business goals. Focus on maximizing value delivery, standardizing enterprise templates, and leading end-to-end transformation initiatives across Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Finance.
Location: Hybrid in Munich (60% office attendance required)

What you will do
- Define and drive a product vision for SAP transformation aligned with business priorities.
- Own and prioritize the SAP product backlog within an Agile environment.
- Translate strategic goals into actionable roadmaps and product increments.
- Lead end-to-end transformation for core processes including Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Finance.
- Drive adoption and continuous improvement of SAP S/4HANA core models across business units.
- Partner with stakeholders across business, technology, and operations to drive alignment.
Requirements
- Strong experience as a Product Owner or in product leadership roles within SAP environments.
- Hands-on SAP requirements engineering experience with broad understanding of FI, MM, SD, and CO modules.
- Experience working in SAP S/4HANA transformation or migration programs.
- Understanding of SAP Fiori, analytics, and user-centered process design.
- Familiarity with SAP integration principles, cloud deployment, and frameworks such as SAP BTP.
- Must be based in or able to work from Munich (Hybrid: 60% office, 40% home).
Nice to have
- Experience with greenfield or brownfield SAP transformation programs.
- Exposure to SAP BTP, CPI, ABAP, or SAP BI environments.
- Familiarity with AI or automation tools that improve operational efficiency.
- Experience working in international, multi-location organizations.
