Salary Range: $110,000-$120,000

What you will do

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for timely accuracy
• Compile and review financial statements aligned with U.S. GAAP
• Manage general ledger, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Supervise payables, receivables, payroll, and inventory accounting
• Streamline processes and workflows in scalable ERP environment
• Coordinate with external auditors and provide reporting insights to leaders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance + 4+ years relevant experience
• Strong U.S. GAAP knowledge and close process ownership
• Background in manufacturing or inventory accounting
• Familiarity with NetSuite or similar ERP platforms
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments

Nice to have

• CPA certification or progress toward it
• Prior public accounting experience (Big 4 or mid-tier)
