What you will do

• Develop sales strategies to acquire and retain dealer clients, build relationships with dealership owners, and present financing solutions.
• Oversee portfolio servicing, monitor account performance, address client issues, and provide training on financing tools.
• Manage risks by assessing dealership creditworthiness, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Conduct market research to stay competitive and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Bilingual (English, Spanish)
• Knowledge of automotive industry and strong financial acumen
• 2+ years in finance, sales, account management, or collections; BA/BS preferred
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams
• Strong presentation, communication, negotiation, analytical, and time management skills
• Ability to travel >75%, valid driver's license
