What you will do

• Develop intuitive UX flows for game mechanics and features to support high-level design goals.
• Build wireframes, interactive prototypes, and presentations for proof of concept and implementation.
• Communicate ideas and collaborate with design, engineering, art, and project leadership teams.
• Implement prototypes with engineering and UI support to demonstrate concepts.
• Articulate design decisions, rationale, and data-informed vision to team members.
• Deliver design artifacts like journey maps, flows, mockups, and establish best practices for user-centered design.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience as User Experience Designer, Information Architect, Interaction Designer, or similar in games, digital products, or platforms.
• Professional portfolio showcasing past work.
• Experience with Figma (preferred), Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and other design/prototyping tools.

Nice to have

• BA/BS in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Communication Design, Graphic Design, or equivalent.
• Broad UX skills in interaction design, content strategy, user research, information architecture, visual design, UI animation.
• Expertise in UI design across multiple devices and form factors.
• Deep experience designing for mobile games.
• Passion for strategy games.
