What you will do

• Analyze direct loan originations and participations for healthcare services providers and real estate owners
• Document and negotiate loans with counsel, prepare credit committee write-ups
• Oversee analysts/associates, coordinate closings with operations
• Develop and maintain client and partner relationships
• Monitor portfolio performance with the team, prepare update memorandums
• Supervise staff: recruit, train, coach, manage performance

Requirements

• Associates Degree required; Bachelor’s preferred
• 6 years (AVP) or 8 years (VP) experience in audit, credit analysis, investment banking, M&A, financial programs, loan/HUD underwriting
• Outstanding quantitative/qualitative analytical skills, financial modeling
• Strong financial statement analysis, accounting/finance knowledge
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel modeling
• Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving skills; adaptable in fast-paced environment
