Location: Remote from anywhere in the Philippines

Salary: $12,000 a year

hirify.global is a marketplace expanding affordable housing by helping hosts activate properties quickly.

What you will do

  • Manage property onboarding checklists to complete all milestones on time.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Host Success Managers to resolve listing issues like missing details or pricing errors.
  • Meet or exceed targets for activation speed and quality.
  • Verify listings meet property quality standards before launch.
  • Confirm completion of activation requirements including documents, training, and Salesforce trackers.
  • Stay highly responsive on Slack to communicate updates and coordinate with teams.

Requirements

  • Strong English communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability for tasks.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • High energy, resilience, and adaptability in a fast-paced remote startup.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving for complex situations.
  • Comfortable interacting professionally with internal teams; open to weekend work.
