What you will do

• Facilitate client onboarding and training both onsite at properties and remotely.
• Resolve customer inquiries and troubleshoot escalated issues across multiple channels.
• Partner with Sales to define success metrics, demonstrate ROI, and drive retention.
• Build strong client relationships to encourage loyalty and promote product adoption.
• Contribute to training materials and share insights for product improvements.
• Manage account activities and record feedback within Salesforce.

Requirements

• Must be based in Thailand.
• 3+ years of 5-star hospitality experience (e.g., Front Desk or Revenue Manager) OR 3+ years of relevant SaaS customer-facing experience.
• CV/Resume must be submitted in English.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to managing multiple accounts.
• Exceptional communication skills with empathy and a customer-focused mindset.

Nice to have

• Project Management certification.
• Prior experience with Onsite Onboarding.
