Sales Operations Analyst: Optimize efficiency of top-of-funnel sales operations supporting SDR team with an accent on lead management, attribution, and execution. Focus on analyzing data, streamlining workflows, monitoring cadences, and translating activity into pipeline and revenue impact.
Location: Anywhere in South America (Remote). Must be authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify, I-9 required, no visa sponsorship).
Salary: $35,000 - $42,000 a year

What you will do
- Own lead creation, enrichment, routing, and SLAs for SDR team to ensure accurate attribution and prioritization.
- Operate, monitor, and optimize SDR cadences to improve contact rates, qualification, and conversion.
- Analyze lead conversion data across sources and SDRs to identify trends and translate into revenue impact.
- Maintain funnel visibility from lead to sales handoff, fixing friction points and improving quality.
- Track productivity, activity levels, and KPIs, delivering reports to sales and RevOps leadership.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and drive continuous improvement with AI tools and automations.
Requirements
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- 3+ years in sales operations, business analysis, or related, preferably real estate or tech with high-volume leads.
- Strong analytical skills with data interpretation, Excel, SQL, and Salesforce proficiency.
- Excellent communication, independent project management, and data-driven decision-making.
- Authorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship)
