Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (English, Communications, Computer Science or related preferred)
• 0-3+ years in technical writing or content creation
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to understand and clearly explain technical products like SaaS
• Strong storytelling skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable collaborating with developers
• Ability to work 2–3 days per week in Tysons, VA
