What you will do

• Own front-end implementation of hirify.global.ai using Next.js 15, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS — build pages, sections, and interactive experiences.
• Translate Figma designs and sketches into performant production code, extending component library for consistency.
• Build animations and interactions with GSAP, Framer Motion, WebGL/Three.js while optimizing performance and core web vitals.
• Partner with marketing/content teams to ship landing pages, campaigns, announcements, and reusable templates rapidly.
• Profile and optimize for frame rate, bundle size, accessibility; support social graphics, email templates, motion graphics as needed.

Requirements

• 3–7 years in design engineering, front-end engineering, or web design with shipped marketing websites portfolio
• Deep proficiency in React/Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS for clean, maintainable code
• Strong Figma fluency for designing, critiquing, iterating
• Experience with performant animations using GSAP, Framer Motion (timelines, scroll-triggers)
• Hands-on WebGL/Three.js for 3D/particle visuals with GPU optimization
• Performance discipline: measure core web vitals, profile renders, lazy-load assets; Git workflow, Vercel deploys
• Portfolio of high-quality, performant web experiences
