What you will do

• Work directly with client teams as a consultant to understand requirements and deliver high-quality backend solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications optimized for speed, scalability, and performance.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and potential issues.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, frontend developers, and DevOps engineers on microservices and containerization.
• Implement database solutions using SQL and NoSQL, develop complex data structures, and integrate APIs.
• Participate in code reviews, mentoring, Git-based version control, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Native Thai speaker mandatory, good command of written and spoken English essential.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent; 5+ years backend experience with strong Golang focus.
• Expertise in scalable backend applications, microservices architecture, and containerization.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, complex data structures, API integration, system performance, and security.
• Proficiency in Git, Agile cross-functional collaboration, communication, and problem-solving.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python.
