What you will do

• Own the full product lifecycle from requirements to deployment and monitoring
• Design, develop, and maintain fintech platforms and data pipelines
• Build stable, scalable, and high-performance backend systems
• Mentor team members and promote code quality
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive product and technology goals
• Lead recruitment and onboarding of new talent

Requirements

• 8+ years experience with Java, Kotlin, Scala, or C# in production
• Strong knowledge of big data technologies like Hadoop and Apache Spark
• Proficient in SQL and data architecture
• Experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies
• Excellent English communication skills
• Experience with operational excellence, metrics, alarms, and dashboards

Nice to have

• Experience in modern FinTech or Payments organizations
• Domain knowledge in financial reconciliation, reporting, tax, or payment methods
• Hands-on with Spark, ETLs, Kafka, RabbitMQ
• Experience with GitLab CI/CD and Kubernetes
• Experience leading projects and teams with full system ownership
