What you will do

Lead and mentor engineering teams, providing technical guidance and code reviews.
Engage in full stack engineering across infrastructure, client side, and back end.
Develop and inspire team members to achieve their potential.
Ensure systems are scalable and fault-tolerant.

Requirements

Proficient in at least one programming language (Java, Scala, C#).
Strong experience in systems architecture and distributed systems.
Experience managing engineering teams with 5+ direct reports.
Familiarity with DevOps culture and CI/CD practices.
