What you will do
- Lead and mentor engineering teams, providing technical guidance and code reviews.
- Engage in full stack engineering across infrastructure, client side, and back end.
- Develop and inspire team members to achieve their potential.
- Ensure systems are scalable and fault-tolerant.
Requirements
- Proficient in at least one programming language (Java, Scala, C#).
- Strong experience in systems architecture and distributed systems.
- Experience managing engineering teams with 5+ direct reports.
- Familiarity with DevOps culture and CI/CD practices.
