TL;DR

Located in or willing to relocate to Columbus, OH preferred.
Salary: $45K - $60K

What you will do
- Perform application reviews and oversee rebate fulfillment.
- Develop and maintain budget tracking spreadsheets and ad hoc reports.
- Process invoices from subcontractors, track budgets, and manage program invoicing/billing.
- Create accurate and timely reporting and manage program email inbox.
- Write and maintain procedural documentation in support of the Program Manager.
- Provide operational support including organizing meetings, files, marketing initiatives, spreadsheet analysis, and general administrative tasks.
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in contracting, accounting, or other business operations functions.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, process-oriented with strong Microsoft Office/Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, charts).
- Experience developing spreadsheets for tracking/analyzing financial or operational activities.
- Strong communication skills, results-driven, able to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Desire to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
- Interest in sustainability and environmental impact.
Nice to have
- B.A. in business, accounting, finance, or related field (relevant experience may substitute).
- Experience in energy efficiency rebate programs or government assistance programs.
