Project Manager (Construction)

What you will do

• Lead project start-up, buyout, and contract administration through to project closeout.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules and budgets.
• Manage subcontracts and purchase orders, including negotiation and execution.
• Oversee job costing, requisitions, and invoicing processes.
• Coordinate closely with Superintendents to support field operations and maintain momentum.
• Promote a strong safety culture by supporting site-specific safety plans and collaborating with field teams.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of commercial construction experience.
• Proven ability to manage projects from start-up through completion.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of job costing and scheduling software.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Falmouth or Bangor, ME.

Nice to have

• Experience with Procore software.
• Previous field experience.
