What you will do

• Monitor and analyze the impact of raw material supplier discontinuance notices.
• Coordinate with engineering, commodity management, sales, and finance to qualify replacements and manage supply chain impact.
• Prepare and present Last Time Buy (LTB) proposals and executive summaries to senior leadership.
• Conduct quarterly stress test analyses based on marketing forecasts to identify premature supply run-outs.
• Proactively monitor open cases to prevent revenue shipment interruptions and escalate high-risk issues.
• Drive standardization and continuous improvement projects for the discontinuance process.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree with Business or Operations focus (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, or operations project management.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with AI tools for data analysis and process automation.
• Thorough knowledge of MRP concepts and planning.
• Must be local to North Reading, MA; not eligible for visa sponsorship.
